Check that the order confirmation names Smart Water Box and that the address used for delivery is correct. Search your inbox and spam folder for the transaction reference or seller name. Keep the receipt private.
If an expected file or message is missing
Allow for the delivery timing stated on your order. If the stated process has not worked, describe the problem clearly to support: what you purchased, when, the transaction reference, and the step at which access failed.
A short error message or a screenshot with personal information removed can help. Never email a password or full card number. Do not pay a third party claiming that an extra “unlock fee” is necessary without confirming the request through verified support.
Check compatibility and preserve your access
If files are provided, confirm their format and open them with appropriate software from a trusted source. If content is streamed or account-based, follow the seller’s instructions for supported browsers and access recovery.
Keep a personal backup only where the delivery method and license permit it. Do not publish paid files or share login credentials. Before committing to hardware purchases, make sure you can view the complete material you expected to receive.
